Personal History:

Lilith Ioma was born and bred in a dimensional crossroads known as Centerspace, which until recently, has successfully managed to keep itself hidden from the multiverse at large. She grew up, gaining as best an education as she could, though due to her dyslexia, study was somewhat difficult. She preferred physical activity to doing homework, and could often be found exploring the maze-like passages of her home station, or venturing on occasional controlled outings to other worlds with her parents or school trips.

When the time came for her to pick a career, she chose to join CRPIA SpecOps, the reconnaissance and espionage arm of Centerspace's government. She proved to be a natural operator and was soon being sent on missions all over the cosmos. During this time, she traveled to over 100 different worlds, usually successful in her missions, and enjoying every minute of it.

One aborted mission changed all that. The incident's nature and events are highly classified, but as a result of its disastrous outcome, Lilith was cashiered from CRPIA, and she was slated to be shipped to a penal colony. Disillusioned, and bitter with Centerspace in general, she escaped by leading a revolt on the transport shuttle. The group has since parted ways, and all but Lilith have been recaptured.

Since then, she has been working as a freelance mercenary, while at the same time avoiding CRPIA forces sent to retrieve her, doing her best to keep a low profile. Two past retrieval attempts have met with failure, and her permanent apprehension is considered unlikely. Running from her former colleagues has allowed her a lot of practice.

Personality:

Above all, Lilith desires control of whatever situation she happens to be in, and will go to almost any length to maintain or increase that control. She works well with others, provided it is to her benefit. This will not stop her tendency to power-monger, however. When opposed, she will gladly use all of her skills and abilities to remove said obstacle.

Once in a position of power, she tends to exercise it fully, and often vindictively, on those that opposed her. She also tends to get arrogant when this happens, especially after a few shows of her new-found authority. If she feels betrayed, or wronged, her vindictiveness will surface as well.

Second only to her lust for power and control, is her love of reward, as evidenced by her mercenary attitude. Lilith Ioma does nothing for nothing. If she volunteers to do something, there is some considerable benefit to her, even if it is not apparent to the beneficiary.

Lilith also has a bit of a yellow streak. If she can sense the situation really turning overwhelmingly against her, she will run.

One final side note: Lilith does not like police. Or dogs. Much less police dogs. Be they anthro or otherwise.

Strengths:

To look at her, unless recognized by her face, she would appear to be an almost garden variety human. Common features. Average height. This all suits Lilith in her chosen profession, that of a freelance saboteur and assassin. Only her golden eyes give her away, and that can easily be fixed with contact lenses.

Extremely flexible, both mentally and physically, Lilith has taken advantage of this to learn a customized blend of martial arts, borrowing heavily from Krav Maga and Systema traditions, as well as a few showier acrobatic moves. Aside from her hand-to-hand prowess, she is also proficient with her gauss-pistol, and most forms of explosive devices.

Like any decent saboteur, Lilith has also been trained on how to plant explosive devices in such a way to cause maximum damage to whatever she cares to target, and her infiltrator training enables her to move quickly and silently. SpecOps training also covers telepathy and mind-control resistance.

Weaknesses:

Lilith rarely deigns to wear body armor, even a helmet, preferring to let her natural agility carry her out of harm's way. Restrain or trap her, and she's only human.

Although she can make use of psionic devices, she does not have any really supernatural powers, except for her resistance to telepathy and mind control.

Her dyslexia makes it hard for her to follow written instructions, or read signs unless accompanied by visual aids. Depending on the quality of said graphics, this can either help, or hinder her.

She is also not resistant to any of the poisons she carries on her person. Her grenade works both ways. You can't see her. She can't see you. Her equipment is breakable, or has limited ammunition.

And never, ever forget that she is emotionally volatile.

Notable Equipment:

Gauss Pistol: Capable of firing projectiles at a speed 7x the speed of sound.

Ballistic Knife: Knife capable of launching its blade. Spares are usually kept on her person. Can also be fitted with a small grappling hook or a baton.

Chemical Kit: A variety of pharmaceuticals, including chloroform, curare, and cyanide, along with their respective applicators and antidotes. May be applied to the ballistic knife, if practicable.

Psi-Gem Headband: Enables Lilith to impersonate other people, including surface thoughts. In order to do so, she must first imprint the crystal by bringing one into physical contact with the target. Is ineffective on robots and psionically aberrant individuals, as they are able to see through its effects.

Chaff-Grenade: Like a smoke grenade on steroids. It not only creates a smoke cloud, but also releases sensor blocking materiel that will obscure anything within its radius, including large swaths of the ultraviolet and infrared bands.

Nano-charges: Nanotechnology designed to explode upon receiving the proper signal.

Heavy Duty Duct Tape: Generally used by Lilith as a restraint for prisoners, or an interrogation tool.
